How opening works
Early access clinics start searching when 50 qualified MAs have joined. Everyone else at 100.
Request early access to be in that first group. It's limited to 10 clinics.
Every MA in the First 100 has at least a year of paid MA work and hands on clinical skills.

Send a request with pay
Role, schedule and a pay range. Every request shows the pay, so you only talk to MAs who want the job at that pay.
Pay only on a yes
The MA says yes. You suggest interview times. They pick one. You only pay once the interview is confirmed by both of you. More interviews with that same MA are free. Good MAs get more than one request, so reply fast.
