Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and ScribeNow LLC, doing business as 32010 Technologies, which operates Mazie (“Mazie,” “we” or “us”). By using mazie.app, taking the Pay Check, joining the waitlist or requesting early access, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Mazie.
Where Mazie is today
Mazie is launching first in Central Arkansas. Right now it is a waitlist: MAs can check their pay and save a spot, and clinics can request early access. The MA app and the clinic dashboard are not live yet. When they launch, we will share any added terms that apply to them before you use them. Dates and plans may change, and we may decide not to open in an area.
Who can use Mazie
You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. If you use Mazie for a clinic, you must have the authority to act for that clinic.
For medical assistants
Free for MAs
Mazie is free for medical assistants. We will never charge you to join, to be seen by clinics or to interview.
Tell the truth
Your answers about your credential, experience and skills must be true and current. We may verify your credential with the group that issued it, such as AAMA, AMT, NHA or NCCT. If information is false or misleading, we may remove your profile.
Your Pay Check
The Pay Check compares the pay you enter with recent public MA job postings in the area. It is general information to help you, not a promise of what any clinic will pay and not financial or career advice.
Tiers and the waitlist
Your Pay Check answers place you in the First 100, the next 100 or on our list for newer MAs. These groups reflect what local clinics ask for. Joining any group does not guarantee that your profile will go live on a certain date or that a clinic will contact you.
Mazie is not your employer
Mazie connects MAs with clinics. We are not an employer, staffing agency or recruiter acting for you, and we do not employ you. Any job offer, pay, schedule or working terms are between you and the clinic. We cannot promise a job, an interview or a specific pay.
Messages from us
If you agree, we will text or email you about your profile and, once the app is live, about interview requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@mazie.app.
Invite links
You may share your personal invite link with MAs you know. Please only send it to people who would want it, and do not post it in spam or pretend to be Mazie.
For clinics
Approval by hand
Every clinic is reviewed and approved by hand before it can search. We may decline or remove any clinic, for example if we cannot verify it or if keeping it would put MAs at risk. Requesting early access does not guarantee approval or a spot in the early access group.
Real pay on every request
Every interview request must include a real pay range for the role. The range must be one the clinic is actually prepared to pay.
Fees
Clinics pay a fee only when an interview is confirmed by both the clinic and the MA. More interviews with that same MA are free. The fee and how it is paid are shared with the clinic at approval. There is no subscription and no placement fee.
Missed interviews and wrong profiles
If an MA misses a booked interview, the clinic gets that unlock back as a credit. If a profile turns out to be wrong, the clinic also gets the unlock back. Credits are for use on Mazie and are not paid out as cash.
Respect MA privacy
Clinics may use MA information only to recruit for real open roles. Clinics may not share MA information with others, contact an MA outside Mazie before an interview is booked, or try to find out who an MA works for now.
Hiring is your decision
Clinics are responsible for their own hiring decisions, background and license checks, and for following employment laws. We do not guarantee that any MA will accept a request, attend an interview or accept a job.
For everyone
Be respectful
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or mislead anyone through Mazie. Do not use Mazie for spam, to collect information about people, or to break the law. If you see something that is not respectful, email hello@mazie.app and we will look into it.
Do not misuse the site
Do not try to get around our security, overload the site, scrape it, or access data that is not yours.
Suspension
We can suspend or remove any account, profile or request that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. You can stop using Mazie at any time and ask us to delete your information.
Our content
The Mazie name, wordmark, design and text belong to us. You may not copy them for your own product. Pay ranges we show are based on public job postings and are provided as is.
No warranties
Mazie is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that Mazie will always be available or free of errors, or that any pay information is complete or current.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Mazie is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of any clinic or MA. While Mazie is a free waitlist, our total responsibility for any claim related to Mazie is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if any. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Mazie grows. We will change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is important we will tell you by text or email before it takes effect if we have your contact details. Using Mazie after a change means you accept the new terms. This version was last updated October 12, 2026.
