Who gets in
The First 100 is for clinic ready MAs.
- At least 1 year working as a paid MA.
- Vitals and rooming, plus injections, phlebotomy or EKG.
- A national credential (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA) is a plus, not a must.
These come straight from what clinics ask for. Newer MAs can join the list for the next 100.

Is it free?
Yes. Mazie is free for medical assistants. Always. Clinics pay a small fee only when an interview is confirmed.
What is the First 100?
The first 100 qualified medical assistants in each city. Their profiles are the first ones clinics see.
Who can see my profile?
Only clinics we have approved by hand. They see your first name, credential, experience and skills. Never your contact info until you book an interview with them.
Will my current clinic find out?
No. Your current clinic is blocked from seeing you automatically. You tell us where you work so we can hide you from them, and that is the only thing we use it for.
Do clinics see my current pay?
No. Your current pay is only used for your Pay Check. Clinics see the minimum pay you set, so every request starts at or above it.
What if I get “Not yet”?
Clinics look for at least a year of paid MA work and hands on skills like injections, phlebotomy or EKG. We keep you on a list and let you know when Mazie opens to newer MAs.
I'm moving to San Antonio. Can I join?
Yes. Tell us your move date and clinics here can line up interviews before you arrive. Phone and video interviews work fine.
When do clinics start recruiting?
Clinics in San Antonio start recruiting this winter. We will let you know the morning it starts.
